Shipping and Returns

US Shipping: 

Every order originates in Nairobi, Kenya, where your products are packaged. We ship via express courier to the US, where your order is then delivered via USPS. Tracking information will be shared upon shipment, but will not provide details until the package enters the USPS system. Please allow up to 4 days from shipment for tracking updates to appear. *Due to an increase in orders during Black Friday & Cyber Monday customers should expect slight shipping delays (1-2 business days).

Please note that shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. The cost of customs, duties, taxes and returns are the responsibility of the receiver.

Free Shipping:

From Saturday, November 5, 2016 – Sunday, January 1, 2017, all orders ship free.

  • No minimum purchase required. Handling fees may apply. 
  • Valid for orders shipped to all 50 states.

International Shipping:

We currently offer international shipping to 45 countries, including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Brazil. Shipping rates and times vary by destination - see checkout page for details. For more information, contact support@shopsoko.com.

Kenya Shipping: 

We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 2pm in the Greater Nariobi Area. You can also pick up your order at any time from our offices in Nairobi.

    All of our Soko's products are carefully packaged for you in hand-sewn jewelry bags made by a women's center in Nairobi. Learn more about our partnership here. Orders are shipped in packaging made from recycled materials.

    Return Process

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items purchased may be returned to Soko for any reason within 15 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unworn and undamaged.

    We encourage you to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. In the case an item arrived faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.

    Refunds are issued in the original form of purchase for all items. You will be refunded, less any shipping costs, within 15 days of our receipt of the return items.
