We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 2 pm in the Greater Nairobi Area. You can also pick up your order at any time from our offices in Nairobi.

All of our Soko's products are carefully packaged for you in hand-sewn jewelry bags made by a women's center in Nairobi. Learn more about our partnership here. Orders are shipped in packaging made from recycled materials.
International Return Policy
We happily accept unworn jewelry with tags attached within 15 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders. All returns need to include name, order number, and items you’ll be returning. If this information is not present the return process may delay.
Please note that customers are responsible for returns; this includes the cost of return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.
Personalizations & Final Sale
Custom personalized pieces are made to order and cannot be returned. Also, items on sale that are marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
To return your order please print out your original invoice and include it in the return. You are free to choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as duties and fees, are not refundable. Packages that arrive without duties paid may be rejected, or the cost of duties may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages, and recommend that you insure and track your packages.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that we do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as not eligible for return in its description unless they are faulty. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page. Returns are not allowed on any pop-up shop purchases.

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Processed refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10-business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
